At Elian Fashion Home Ltd., we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, fees, and responsibilities when fulfilling your orders.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to customers in Nigeria and selected international destinations through trusted courier partners.

  • Domestic Deliveries: We work with DHL, FedEx, GIG, and local courier services.

  • International Deliveries: Available upon request, subject to courier coverage and additional fees.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customized or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at checkout.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Within Port Harcourt: 1–2 business days

  • Within Nigeria: 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 5–14 business days (depending on destination and courier)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, weight, and courier service.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value (when advertised).

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees as required by their country.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

  • You can track your order via the courier’s official tracking portal.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will make at least two (2) delivery attempts.

  • If unsuccessful, your package may be returned to us, and you may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.


7. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to your specified address.

  • Elian Fashion Home Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


8. In-Store Pickup

  • Customers may opt for in-store pickup at our physical store:
    134 U.OE Road, Aker Rd, Port Harcourt 500102, Rivers, Nigeria.

  • Pickup orders will be ready within 1 business day after payment confirmation.


9. Delivery Issues

If you experience delays, missing packages, or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at elianfashionhome@gmail.com or call +234 806 321 4520.
