  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, lingerie).

  • Customized or tailored clothing.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (via Flutterwave).

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item was defective or an incorrect order was delivered.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Provide order details and clear photographs of the issue.

  • We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and either issue a replacement or process a full refund.

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.

  4. Wait for confirmation once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. In-Store Purchases

Items purchased from our physical store are subject to the same return and refund conditions. Please present your physical receipt when initiating a return.
